Participating Nations

In every competing country, handlers spend their season qualifying at home, proving themselves against their own nation’s best, until only a handful are chosen to make the journey. To represent your country at the World Trial is the highest honour the sport offers.

There is a national dimension to the competition, too. Alongside the race for the individual World Champion title, nations field teams, and the combined scores of their nominated dogs decide which country takes the team honours.
